Unified Order Management System
Orchestrate your entire order lifecycle across marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, warehouses, logistics providers, and back-office systems with AllSync's intelligent order management engine.
The Challenge of Multi-Channel Commerce
Modern retailers face a complex web of sales channels, each with its own order formats, fulfillment requirements, and integration protocols. Orders flow in from marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee, e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, and need to be routed to warehouse management systems, third-party logistics providers, payment processors, ERP systems, and analytics platforms.
Managing this manually is impossible at scale. AllSync's Order Management System (OMS) acts as the central nervous system for your entire order fulfillment operation, automating the complex workflows that turn customer orders into successful deliveries.

How It Works: Order Processing Flow
Order Capture
AllSync continuously polls all connected sales channels via REST APIs and webhooks, capturing new orders the moment they're placed. Orders are normalized into a unified format regardless of source platform.
Validation & Enrichment
Orders are validated for completeness, checked against inventory availability, and enriched with customer data, pricing rules, and fulfillment preferences based on your business logic.
Fulfillment Routing
Orders are intelligently routed to the appropriate WMS or 3PL provider based on inventory location, customer geography, carrier availability, and service level requirements.
Inventory Reservation
Reserved quantities are immediately deducted from available inventory across all sales channels, preventing overselling while the order is being fulfilled.
Picking & Packing
WMS systems confirm successful picking and packing. If items are out of stock, AllSync receives the exception, triggers automatic order cancellation, and initiates refund processing.
Payment Capture
Once packing is confirmed, AllSync automatically captures authorized credit card payments, reducing the risk of declined authorizations from delayed capture.
Shipment Creation
Shipping labels and tracking numbers are generated via 3PL integrations. Shipment details are pushed back to the originating sales channel and customer notification systems.
Status Monitoring
AllSync continuously monitors shipment status from 3PL providers, updating order status across all systems as packages move from shipped to in-transit to delivered.
Financial Recording
Completed orders are exported to ERP and accounting systems as properly formatted invoices, including all order details, payment information, and tax calculations.
Analytics Export
Order data is pushed to BI platforms and CRM systems for customer segmentation, sales analysis, forecasting, and marketing campaign performance tracking.
