Connect to local Oracle server, get data by query, loop by paging and create incoming queue to AllSync

Appending the flexible of getting data with modified date in database, by using {{ lastRun'} as variable, system will automatic apply latest lastRun and store new lastRun

Also adding paging in the query:
OFFSET (<{i}>)*500 ROWS FETCH next 500 ROWS ONLY
